Omni Real State San Diego is not a park dealer. We are a retail center that sells manufactured homes. We have brand new homes and pre-owned homes in parks/communities that are for sale. Check with your local Omni Real State San Diego office for more information on available locations.
You can put your new manufactured home on a park space in a manufactured home community of your choice. Our housing consultants can help you look for a space in the park of your choice. If you own a parcel of land, we can sell you the manufactured home, and may assist you in the process. Please contact your local Omni Real State San Diego office.

City or county permits are required. If there is an existing structure on the property, a replacement permit may be applied for. Keep in mind the possible necessity of site construction – all utilities, road, and site preparation. These will be additional costs and will usually be done by a third party contractor.
The popularity of our homes may vary between cities and/or regions depending on where you would like your manufactured home delivered. Rest assured, there are several different elevations and floor plans to choose from.
